Privacy at the application stage

J.C. Borne collects only the business information an applicant voluntarily submits for a private business review. The main application includes business and contact details, industry, operating market, the type of work that is stuck, the finished result that matters, estimated annual value, decision role, operating history, legal-readiness confirmation, and the problem the applicant wants J.C. Borne to review. A separate industry-specific application may ask additional business-only questions relevant to that work.

What we do with it

We use it to understand the work, evaluate fit, and contact the applicant about that exact request. The application is automatically assigned an internal review priority using the submitted business facts. That priority is a screening aid, not a credit, employment, insurance, housing, healthcare, or legal decision. A business review is required before any commercial commitment. We do not sell the application, auction it, or use it as permission to contact the applicant's customers, employees, patients, suppliers, or partners.

Attribution

If a visitor opens the Payment Command page, uses its call to action, starts its form, or completes or encounters an error on submission, J.C. Borne stores the event name, page path, a random page-session identifier, and short source and campaign labels. This first-party measurement does not store the visitor's name, email, device fingerprint, advertising identifier, or form contents. If the visitor submits an application, its source and campaign labels are also stored with that application so the company can measure which acquisition path produced the request. Attribution does not change how the business is reviewed.

What this form does not accept

Do not submit customer, employee, patient, tenant, applicant, or supplier information; lists; blueprints; measurements; insurance records; payment information; credentials; confidential bid data; health information; legal records; or regulated personal information. Those require a separate reviewed agreement and secure intake.

Retention and control

Unless the applicant becomes a J.C. Borne client, enters a separate industry-specific review, or asks J.C. Borne to retain the record longer, J.C. Borne's current launch policy is to delete or de-identify the application within 180 days of submission. Privacy-request records are retained only as needed to complete and document the request.

An applicant may use the form below to request access, correction, or deletion. The request goes to a private J.C. Borne review area and does not require the applicant to disclose the contents of the original application.

Future supplier relationships

If J.C. Borne later earns a supplier referral fee, that relationship will be disclosed near the recommendation. Compensation will not alter contractor matching or supplier ranking.
