Yes. A birthday film, a wedding website, a creative surprise or another personal idea is welcome. You do not need a business. Choose “A personal project” on the idea form.

No. Bring the idea in your own words. We help shape the brief, choose the tools, create the work and review it with you. We use AI where it helps production, alongside design, editing and development. You do not need to learn prompting or choose a model.

You might. Borne’s service is the work of getting from your idea to an agreed finished result: figuring out the approach, building it, checking it and handling the included revisions. That is what you are paying us to help with.

Custom videos, websites and digital projects are quoted after we understand the scope. Sending an idea is free. The separate $197 First Win covers one agreed business deliverable and one correction; it is not a flat price for any video or website. Ongoing business help has its own pricing and agreement.

Tell us who it is for, what you want it to do and anything you like. “Help me choose” is an option on the form. We can discuss a realistic starting point before you decide.

Start by describing what you have. We’ll discuss the specific files needed after reviewing the idea. Share only material you have permission to use, and leave passwords, payment details and sensitive personal records out of the form. Your request does not give us permission to publish your material.

You get a saved receipt and a private link. Keep that link to read our questions, reply and review the next steps. Sending a request does not charge you, accept a quote or subscribe you to marketing. No email notification or response deadline is promised by the form.

You can submit your idea and return to its private request page without an account. Agreements, payments and complete prepared results use My account. If you later sign in, use a ChatGPT account with the same email you entered on the request.

Yes, we can discuss customer replies, quote preparation, client kickoffs, team handoffs and other recurring preparation work. A First Win is $197 for one agreed deliverable and one correction. Setup and ongoing service are separate; the starting plan is $2,500 installation plus $1,250 per month for one workflow, up to two supported connections and 100 defined monthly cases. Scope and coverage are agreed first.
