Submitting the form asks J.C. Borne to review one business problem for a possible 90-day founding build. It does not create a contract, exclusivity, payment obligation, campaign, appointment, proposal, purchase, supplier relationship, software connection, or OpenAI affiliation.

How the request is reviewed

J.C. Borne uses the submitted type of work, desired finished result, and other business facts to assign an internal review priority. That priority does not independently accept or reject a company and is not used for credit, employment, insurance, housing, healthcare, or another regulated eligibility decision. Any commercial work requires a separate business review and written agreement.

Founding commercial terms

The only active founding offer is the proposed 90-day Payment Command pilot for a fixed $10,000 service fee after readiness passes and a written agreement is signed. There is no contingent or percentage-of-collections fee. The operating structure, client-controlled costs, access, data, authority, responsibilities, warranties, and stop rules remain uncommitted until both parties approve a written agreement. No fee or outside spend is authorized by submitting this form.

Payment Command boundary

Payment Command is proposed as proactive internal pay-application operations for commercial specialty subcontractors. It may prepare controller-reviewed billing packets, completeness checks, internal missing-item requests, status records, and payment-information request drafts. It does not authorize J.C. Borne to collect debts, demand payment, interpret contracts, select or sign waivers, issue legal notices, file liens or claims, resolve disputes, access banking, hold funds, move money, or change an invoice amount, schedule of values, completion percentage, retainage, or change order.

The proposed founding price is a fixed $10,000 service fee after readiness passes and a written agreement is signed. A submitted application creates no payment. Buyer willingness, data fitness, delivery feasibility, and Minnesota legal boundaries must be verified before activation.

No outcome guarantee

The pilot measures pay-app readiness, completeness, internal exceptions, cycle time, and staff effort against a written baseline. Payment timing may be observed, but it is not guaranteed and is not represented as new revenue or profit.

Commercial service begins only under a separate written agreement approved by both parties.
