These terms cover requests and creation credit purchases for Borne Operations, provided by J.C. Borne LLC.
Bringing a custom project idea
You can request a video, website or other digital project for business or personal use. We review the idea before confirming what we can provide. The deliverables, price, timing, revisions and any ongoing costs are agreed separately before paid work begins. Sending an idea does not accept a quote, start production, charge you or create a subscription. The $197 First Win below is a separate business offer, not a flat price for every custom project.
Creation credits
One Borne creation credit pays for $1 USD of an approved Borne creation quote. Credits belong to your account and cannot be sold, transferred or used outside Borne.
Get your project quote before buying credits. A credit balance does not promise a particular video, website, delivery date or production slot. Borne confirms scope, availability, price and included revisions; you approve the exact credit charge before work starts.
Monthly plans renew at the displayed price every month until cancelled. Credits are added only after successful payment. There are no automatic top-ups, usage overages or setup fees for credit plans.
Purchased credits do not expire. Unused credits carry over and remain usable after cancellation. Cancel future monthly charges in your credit account. A cancellation does not cancel a project you already approved.
Your available and returnable project credits together are limited to 1,500 credits, with up to 500 credits purchased in any 24 hours. Further purchases are unavailable above this limit. If a renewal would exceed the limit, that payment is returned to its original payment method and future renewals stop. You can restart a plan when there is room.
Request a refund of unused purchased credits in your credit account. Refunds return to the original payment method; credits are not cash withdrawals. Credits reserved for an approved project cannot be refunded while that work is active. Cancel an unstarted project first. Started work follows its signed project agreement. If Borne cannot deliver, contact support to resolve the work and any credit return.
Project charges include the agreed production attempts and revisions. Technical retries do not spend additional customer credits. Extra scope requires a new quote and your approval. Existing business-service plans and earlier monthly request allowances retain their signed terms.
Credit purchases add the displayed amount to your creation budget. Any applicable project tax is handled in the project quote and payment process; Borne does not silently reduce your credit value for fees. Contact hello@jcborne.com or use /support for help.

Earlier creation request-allowance plans
This paragraph applies to plans that explicitly include monthly request allowances. Purchased creation credits follow the carryover terms above. Your signed allowance plan defines one included creation, its price, included volume and revision allowance. Monthly fees recur under the displayed cancellation terms; unused monthly requests do not roll over. A reserved project uses one included request. Cancelling queued work before production restores that request only to its original paid period. Reserved paid work is retained after renewal or subscription cancellation; refunds, disputes, changed scope or missing permissions can require review. Additional work needs a separately agreed price. A saved request or checkout return page is not proof of payment.
Personal purchasers must be at least 18 and sign for themselves. Business purchasers must have authority to bind the named business. Your project’s ownership, permitted uses, production tools, delivery, cancellation and refund terms are recorded in its separate agreement. Borne reviews creation results before making them available for your acceptance or included revisions. Support can review a cancellation after production has started.
Requesting a $197 First Win
A First Win costs $197 once for one agreed deliverable based on material you are authorized to share, with one correction within the agreed scope. Borne confirms fit, available delivery coverage, scope and a delivery date before requesting payment. Submitting this form does not charge you, start a subscription or confirm acceptance.
Payment follows a confirmed plan and separately signed agreement stating the delivery, cancellation, refund and tax terms. You keep the agreed deliverable whether or not you continue. The $197 is credited toward installation when an ongoing plan is accepted within 30 days after First Win delivery; the credit is recorded in that installation quote, not paid as cash. Previously saved free-sample requests keep their recorded terms.
Choosing ongoing help
Ongoing service is a separate decision. Its scope, supported connections, limits, pricing and binding agreement must be established before paid work begins. Submitting a form does not purchase a service, accept a price or authorize actions in your accounts. A request status update does not replace a service agreement.
Your material and permissions
Describe the task accurately and provide only information you are authorized to share. For a First Win, the form asks for permission to use the supplied example to prepare and review that sample. This does not authorize publication, messages, account changes or other external actions.
Examples and prepared work
The site’s fictional examples show possible starting points. They do not guarantee a particular tool connection, result, time saving or financial return. AI-prepared work is a draft for review. It is not an authorized decision or proof that an external action occurred.
Following your request
The receipt confirms that your request was saved. Keep its private link to view updates and reply, or link it to a matching signed-in account. Submission does not promise an email notification or a response deadline.
