What does the business workflow plan cover?

A Borne setup for your business: your instructions, the supported connections your work needs, agreed review steps and ongoing support. The starting plan covers one defined workflow; extra work is agreed separately.

Your First Win counts toward the next step.

The $197 fee is credited toward your installation if you accept an ongoing plan within 30 days of First Win delivery. The credit appears in your installation quote; it is not cash back. You keep the agreed deliverable whether or not you continue.

Payment for the separate business workflow plan.

For the business workflow plan above, installation and the first month are paid together: $3,750 before applicable taxes and any eligible credit. The monthly billing period begins at checkout; later charges renew under your signed agreement. We confirm a ready start date before requesting payment. Your signed agreement states cancellation, refunds, coverage and any third-party costs.
