This notice covers The Working Body learning and conversation membership operated by J.C. Borne LLC. The existing Borne privacy notice continues to cover earlier requests and orders.

What is collected

Your sign-in supplies an account identifier and email. Checkout retains your accepted offer, consent acknowledgments, billing references and payment status. With your separate permission, the conversation retains submitted questions and answers, context, timestamps and notes you explicitly save.

The learning record is another optional choice. If you enable it, we retain your selected path, progress, up to 24 confirmed worksheet records and their source links. Export or remove older records to make room. A worksheet is your own record, not a verified health finding. Unsent drafts remain in the current browser tab and are not automatically saved.

The free one-week tracker

The free “Track one week” page works without signing in. What you type stays in the open page and is not automatically saved, sent to AI or included in analytics. Refreshing or closing the page clears it. Printing or downloading creates your own copy; keep that file somewhere private.

What reaches AI

After you consent and send a question, the question, relevant retained conversation, selected saved context notes and reviewed educational excerpts are sent through Borne’s existing server to OpenAI. AI prepares and checks the answer. No human or clinician review of every message is promised.

Learning progress and notebook worksheets are not sent to AI automatically. “Ask a follow-up” prepares wording for you to review; you must choose Send in the conversation. A source URL is a reference, not an automatic website fetch or verified study.

Separate choices

Purchasing does not grant AI-processing or learning-saving consent. The workspace asks separately. Keeping conversation context notes is also optional. Proposed notes and unfinished worksheets are not silently saved. Joining does not subscribe you to marketing or permit sharing with trainers or gyms.

Who can access the information

Account access is checked on the server. Cloudflare hosts the application and account records; Borne’s server carries authorized AI requests; OpenAI processes selected conversation context; Stripe processes billing. Authorized operators may access necessary records for support, privacy requests, security or service failures. Payment metadata contains commerce references, not health questions, worksheets or supplement information.

Marketing stays separate

Conversation, learning and notebook pages do not run advertising tracking, session replay or form autocapture. Questions, answers, progress and worksheets are not sent to marketing analytics. Do not include another person’s private records, passwords, payment details or identification documents.

Optional website analytics

The public introduction pages at / and /working-body use PostHog only if you allow optional analytics. It counts page views without session replay, form autocapture or advertising tracking. Your lesson choices, questions, worksheets, email address and campaign (UTM) parameters are not sent to analytics. Workspace, conversation, notebook, billing and free-tracker pages do not run these analytics.

Your choice lasts up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy choices in the introduction-page footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected, and team accounts are excluded. See the Borne privacy notice for the shared website analytics choices.

Optional email introduction

The three-part email introduction is a separate, unchecked opt-in choice. It includes practical examples and a membership invitation over four days. Signing in, saving a worksheet or buying membership does not subscribe you. The signup asks only for your email address; do not submit health information.

We keep your email address, consent version and timestamps, delivery references and unsubscribe status to run the introduction and honor your choices. Resend receives the email address and email preferences needed to deliver it. Your questions, answers, worksheets, learning progress and supplement information are not included in these emails or sent to Resend for this introduction.

The signup saves your email address and a random signup key in this browser tab so you can retry an interrupted request or stop that introduction. You can unsubscribe through the link in each introduction email. If you signed up in another browser, use the link in that email. Unsubscribing from the introduction does not cancel membership or prevent necessary account and billing messages.

Retention and deletion

Conversation content and the separate learning record each expire 30 days after their last saved change. Expired records are cleared on the next access to the relevant workspace; server conversation processing copies are cleaned on subsequent service activity. This is not a scheduled, exact 30-day deletion guarantee.

You can export or clear the learning notebook and turn off learning saving. Conversation controls separately stop AI processing and clear conversation context and notes. If processing-copy deletion is not yet confirmed, new AI requests stay paused. An already-started provider request may finish. Provider retention and backups follow their separate policies; zero provider retention is not promised.

Payment agreements, usage counts and minimal recovery or security records may remain for accounting, disputes, security and reliable billing. Clearing learning or conversations does not cancel renewal. Use Manage billing to cancel. Your own export and deletion controls remain available after paid access ends.
